Insurance Billing

Basic Plan – Insurance Collections below $35,000 per month.
$1200 flat fee per month

Silver Plan – Insurance Collections of $95,000 to $140,000 per month
Monthly billed 3.7% of first 95k. 3.2% on amount over 95k

Bronze Plan – Insurance collections between $35,000 and $95,000
Monthly billed 3.7% of insurance collections

Gold Plan – Insurance collections of $140,000 and up.
Monthly billed 3.7% of first $95k, 3.2% over 95k to 140k and 2.9% over 140k

Insurance Verification

  • Full time agent: The agent will work full time from M-F 8am – 5pm at a charge of $1600/month

  • Part time agent: The agent will work part time for 20 hours/week M-F 4 hours/day for $1000/month
